Day Two – Girona

Today the project teams have been exploring the mindset and changes to mindset encountered by youth workers during the project.
The differing situations and problems faced by youth workers in each country have been presented and discussed by the teams.
Despite the differences of culture, laws and situations we find many common principles that may be used to guide and train other youth workers.
After collecting these narratives, we will analyse the information acquired and produce guidance for educators and policy makers throughout Europe.
